1.9. Complaints, Disputes & Liability Clarification

This Privacy Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Privacy Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Kollam, Kerala, and the High Court of Kerala at Kochi (Ernakulam).

1.10. Scope of Service

The Venture Mastery Program is a 1:1 mentorship and consultancy service. By enrolling, the Client is entitled to the following Core Services:

1. On-Demand Support: Priority access via WhatsApp. We aim to respond to all queries within 24 business hours. Please note that support is strictly limited to matters regarding building and running an online business. The Company is not responsible for addressing, nor obligated to respond to, queries outside of this professional scope.

2. Deep-dive Zoom sessions (1–2 hours each) to be scheduled based on mutual availability.

3. Discretionary Support: Technical assistance for Logo Design and Website Development is an additional value-add service provided exclusively at the Company’s discretion. This support is not a guaranteed right of the Client and is subject to an eligibility assessment by the Company based on the project's complexity and the Client’s progress.

This service does not include legal, tax, or professional accounting advice and related services.

1.11. No Guarantee of Results

The Client acknowledges that the success of any business venture is dependent on a variety of factors, including but not limited to market conditions, the Client’s level of effort, and external economic variables.

We provide strategies and guidance based on experience, but we do not guarantee specific financial outcomes, revenue targets, or business success. Any testimonials or examples of previous student success are not a promise that the Client will achieve the same results. The Client accepts full responsibility for their business decisions and any associated risks.

1.12. Termination & Cancellation

1. By Client: Monthly subscribers may cancel their membership at any time; however, no refunds will be issued for the current billing period already paid. Yearly or Half-Yearly subscribers must provide 30 days' written notice for cancellation.

2. By Consultant: The Consultant reserves the right to terminate this agreement immediately and without refund if the Client: (i) Engages in abusive, harassing, or disrespectful behavior toward the Consultant; (ii) Repeatedly violates the "Fair Use" communication policy (e.g., calling outside of scheduled hours); or (iii) Fails to make timely payments.

3. Effect of Termination: Upon termination, the Client’s access to the WhatsApp support channel and Zoom scheduling will be revoked. Any logo assets already completed and paid for will remain the property of the Client. Any website or landing page designed and/or hosted by the Company will be deactivated, and the Company is under no obligation to maintain the site or its data after the service period ends.

1.13. Communication "Fair Use" Policy

WhatsApp support is intended for text and voice-note queries. Direct audio or video calls via WhatsApp are not permitted. All deep-dive zoom sessions must be scheduled via whatsapp and the booking link we may provide. The "24-hour response time" applies to business days (Monday–Friday). Queries sent over weekends or public holidays will be addressed on the following business day.

1.14. Your Rights

You may:

· Request access to your personal data

· Request correction or deletion of your data

· Request to stop any forms of communications with you
